How do I troubleshoot connections using the PA1688Logger utility?

Log in to your phone's web console (see relevant FAQ)
Set debug option to remote debug
Download the PA1688Logger utility and save it to a suitable location on your PC.
Open the file to start the application. Once invoked, leave the program running until debugging is complete. Debugging information will be written to the same directory where the application exists.
Using notepad or similar, open the file and analyse the results. Support may request this file from you.
