We are a UK specialist in providing reliable, competitively priced communications solutions based on Voice over IP (VoIP) technology.

We provide communications solutions for both business and residential customers that enable customers to achieve significant cost savings and increased flexibility.

We offer a rapidly expanding range of IP Phones, ATA's, Routers and Analogue Telephony Cards, supporting all the major protocols including SIP, H323, IAX2 and MGCP. If we don't have what you need, then please let us know so that we can review our product range.

Returns Policy

All goods come with 12 months manufacturers warranty should the item develop a fault.

Goods can be returned for any reason within the first 7 days for a full refund (excluding postage costs) The returned goods must be in brand new condition and include all packaging and additional contents.

Non Faulty goods returned after 7 days but before 14  working days and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All faults must be reported within 3 days of goods being received.

Goods returned must be received in as new, fully saleable condition with all software and product seals intact and the packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged.

All good returned remain your responsibility until signed for by ourselves. You are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.

Carriage costs for returning the Goods are your responsibility

Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.

Refunds will not be given outside  maximum of 14 days from ordering where  goods are not faulty or where the operator is not able to use the product properly - you are expected to ensure that the product is suitable before purchase and that you have the skills to install and use the product.

Faulty products in the first 30 days

If you believe your goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or a fault appears in the first 30 days after delivery please contact technical support for assistance. If your problem can't be resolved by email the item can be returned for testing providing the following conditions are met:

If the goods are faulty

We will send you a replacement unit or offer a refund

We shall refund to you the return shipping costs you have incurred based upon the royal mail standard rates.

If the items are not faulty or mis-described

We will provide you with a test report

You are responsible for any collection or return delivery charges incurred

Faulty products after 30 days

If your goods develop a fault after 30 days of delivery we reserve the right to return the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please notify us regarding the fault as soon as possible.

If this unfortunately should happen you can either return the item to the manufacturer directly or through ipchitchat.

Shipping

Delivery charges quoted are for UK destinations only (EU countries can select shipping costs from cart) . Please contact us for International shipping.


Single Items will be posted using Royal Mail recorded delivery with an expected delivery time of 1-3 working days.

Multiple Items will be delivered using our preferred courier service with an expected delivery time of 1 -2 working days.

Single items despatched to the EU will be via Royal Mail International signed for with an expected delivery time of 3-5 days.
